Al & Judy work with the Kamloops Museum on their walking tours so this was a very intersting evening.
They had a lot of information in regards to the various buildings we visited
With warm weather and no mosquitoes we managed to enjoy supper in the park.
Look who is that driving in?
|Smile for the camera||Al is explaining on what we will be doing for the evening.|
Everyone is getting ready to go while Dick checks the score on the Lion's game.
Not good news.
Makes me think of young guy
out for a ride with his best girl

1st stop was at the City Museum

3rd stop was the Old Bank Of Commerce on 1st Ave.
Statue to Honour the Overlanders
Parking this time was at city hall across the street from the bank
Up there you can see the
old Government Building & Cigar Factory
4th stop Battle Street to see some of the old homes
Al pointed out that houses on both sides of Battle street faced the river so they would have a view.
Can barely see the garage in the back
Bob tells stories of when he lived on this street.
It was great evening especially for the members
in the seven convertibles with the weather being so nice.
Time to call it quits and head for the A & W
